I am a Non-Profit C-Suite Executive committed to driving social impact, empowering women in leadership, and championing food justice. As the COO of Move For Hunger, I lead efforts to combat food insecurity and reduce food waste across the U.S. and Canada.

With over 15 years in the third sector, I specialize in transforming vision into action, optimizing operations, and fostering strategic growth. I hold degrees in Sustainable Enterprise Leadership and International Business, an MPA, and have completed all but my dissertation in Prescott College's Sustainability Education doctoral program. Additionally, I hold multiple leadership and DEI certifications, including SHRM-SCP and Advanced CNP.

Beyond my executive leadership, I am a sought-after public speaker on topics spanning Supply Chain, Women’s Leadership, Invisible Illness & Leadership, Thriving with an Invisible Illness, Mentorship, Human-Centric Leadership, Meaningful Conversations, Social Impact, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Sustainability.
